Morningside Capital


Morningside Group was founded in 1986, by the Chan family of Hong Kong, to make private equity and venture capital investments. The group is managed by entrepreneurial investment professionals, has the deep industry knowledge and is effective in the local environment in which they operate.


Morningside Capital now has four Dollar funds and one RMB funds, the Asset Under Management is about $1.7 billion. In 2008, Kindstar Global received a series A financing of $2.5 million from Morningside Capital.

Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (Hereinafter referred to as “KPCB”) was founded in 1972. KPCB is one of the largest venture fund company in the United States. For five decades, through 19 venture funds and four growth funds, KPCB has invested $9 billion in over 900 companies.


In 2013, Kindstar Global received a series C financing of $22 million from KPCB.
